Your Lawyer's Responsibility

Your lawyer has the responsibility to fully hear and learn your story so that they can advise you of which different parts of the law affect what is happening to you. A lawyer will help you determine the best approach to take and then represent that approach for you in a Court of Law. Your lawyer has the responsibility to listen to you, advise you on what options are available to you and help you select the best option under the circumstances. Your lawyer also has the obligation to keep your information confidential and you should always discuss how your personal information will be used by you lawyer.
